Exterior Light Installation, Washer Seal Replacement, TV Mounting, and Cabinet Modification

This project included a variety of home repairs and installations to improve both functionality and appearance. I installed a new exterior light fixture on a brick surface, ensuring it was securely mounted and properly aligned. Inside, I replaced a worn washer bellow seal to restore proper operation and prevent leaks. I also remounted a TV, making sure it was level, secure, and positioned for optimal viewing. To finish the job, I modified an existing cabinet by shelving and adjusting the interior space to allow a refrigerator to fit cleanly underneath. The result was a set of practical upgrades that improved both the usability and overall look of the home.
